Khalif Battle has played his final game at Arkansas.
A transfer from Temple, Battle has opted to enter the NCAA transfer portal, according to CBS Sports college basketball insider Jon Rothstein. He has one season of eligibility remaining.
Battle is the seventh Razorback from the 2023-24 roster to state plans to transfer. It was reported earlier Thursday that freshman forward Baye Fall is transferring as well.
In 32 games with the Razorbacks, including 13 starts, Battle averaged 14.8 points on 40.6% shooting. He started 11 of 17 conference games played in the regular season, put up 14.2 points on 39.5% from the field and shot 31.4% beyond the arc.
Battle knocked down a team-high 48 three-pointers and made 186 of 213 (88.9%) free throw attempts.
The New Jersey native closed the regular season on a historic scoring tear, averaging 28.0 points on 47.2% shooting in the final 7 games.
Battle poured in a career-best 42 points in Arkansas’ home win over Missouri in February. He then followed with 36- and 34-point performances against Vanderbilt and at Kentucky.
His previous season high was 25 points in the December win over Furman. Battle had 24 and 20 points, respectively, in SEC Tournament games against the Commodores and South Carolina.
